Daniel Yachnin: Setting up a new buggy |
||
SetupAs far as setup goes I have only changed one or two things from the standard Adam Drake setup. I have added 5mm to the rear droop to get a little more weight transfer to the front. This helped alot at the end of the back straight at tillsonburg where is was quite slick entering the corner. I have also put smartdiffs in the front and center beacuse they make the car feel really easy to drive. I have taken 2 springs out of the center to make it not engage as hard when exiting a corner. Hop-upsI basically like to run my car stock hop-up wise but I have a few. I have installed the Team CRC no-pop steering balls because they will never pop off so I have one less thing to worry about on the track. I also run the aluminum servo saver arm because I have heard that is a problem many have in the States. My last option part is the Rear gearbox inserts. I have changed these to the aluminum because the plastic ones I feel could get slightly crushed in a hard hit or after alot of use and then the diff would be sloppy and cause blown ring and pinion gears. Secret/ special changesBelieve it or not I have no special or secret things on the car. It is great the way it is |
